OLD TAPPAN MEN'S SOFTBALL LEAGUE

The Old Tappan Men’s Softball League will be running a Sunday league beginning on Sunday, September 2, 2007

If you are interested in playing this Fall, we are having a sign-up session at the fire house on Old Tappan Road on Thursday, August 9, 2007, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The fee is $60.00. If for some reason you cannot attend the sign-up you will have the opportunity to mail your registration to Tony Esposito (address given below). Regardless, all registrations must be in place no later than Monday, August 23, 2006. As there is ample time to sign-up, no late entries will be considered.

The Annual Softball Dinner Will Be Held At The
Colonial Manor on Friday, November 16, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.

Please note that the league provides NO hospital, medical, major medical, or liability insurance of any sort for participants in this league.

In consideration of the Old Tappan Men’s Softball League (OTMSL) permitting me to participate in the league, I hereby release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless OTMSL, the Old Tappan Baseball Association, the organizers, sponsors, managers, and officials from any and all claims for injuries or damages of any nature in connection with OTMSL activities. I further attest that I am in good health and physically fit to participate and do agree to and will abide by the rules and regulations of the league. All applicants must be 19 years of age or older.
